Greenbelt is a festival chocked full of exciting options of seminars, bands, comedians and interesting creative sessions and Bex made sure she attended a wide variety of sessions. in 2010 after getting the Greenbelt diary Bex and i had birth circled a session titled called, 'Creative doodling' so we went together.

When we arrived, people were chatting with no-one quite sure what the session would turn out to be.

On a long row of connecting tables was a very very long piece of paper. We were instructed to sit down and fill our area of the paper using pens/chalks/pencils (may have been other options that I can't remember). We were told to fill the space however we wanted but to be mindful and to look to blend in with our neighbours designs.

It was a wonderful session where Bex I chatted about lots of things and nothing, encouraging each other to enjoy and not worry too much about perfectionism. Just a fun memory of how open Bex was to try new and interesting things!
